And with that hassle gone, they may look to expand their portfolio, in which case YOU get to work on new purchases with them. If they ever want to sell, we refer them back to you.

We put our agreement with you in writing so that we all know what is promised, expected and delivered. We don't accept every real estate person into our referral program. If we both are a good fit for each other, you can expect professional interactions. Always.

When your client ENJOYS owning rental properties again, they may expand their portfolio. And since they are YOUR clients, you get that commission.

You refer a client to us and we end up taking on the management for their home that rents for $2400 per month. You would receive a referral commission from us (typically 25% of 1st month's rent) of $600.
Now - your client is thrilled to not have the headache of managing his rental property himself, so he decides to buy another investment property in the same community and we manage it for him. YOU referred the client to us, so the purchase is handled by you. If it's a $350,000 home, and your commission is typical, you would make $10,500 AND another $600 from us, assuming again rent is $2400 per month.
